Franklin Covey's 22% Post-Earnings Drop: Bad Quarter, or a Bad Reaction?
The after-hours selloff looked more like a trust reset than a quarter collapse
FranklinCovey's stock fell 21.73% in after-hours trading after a quarter that was only slightly weak. Revenue came in at $67.8 million versus roughly $68.33 million consensus, and EPS was $0.27 versus $0.29 expected. But the income statement did not crack: adjusted EBITDA rose 14% to $8.3 million, revenue grew 1% year over year, and subscription and committed services invoiced amounts increased 17%.
